So, how good are you at actually sticking to what you promise yourself you will do?
And how well do you stick to resolutions?
In all honesty we are all pretty bad at following through with things in our personal lives, look at the gym membership business this time of the year to get some verification of what I am talking about.
And then there is the thinking that health and fitness goals are different and maybe even magical compared to the goals we have in the other 99% of our lives.
The bold truth is that goals are goals are goal.
If you can keep a fitness goal you can keep any goal.
And what is the problem with goals, making meaningful and realizable goals.
So, I sat down with Marcus Smith and we had a chat about fitness goals but also the larger issue of setting and succeeding with your goals.
