So, you are well aware that for 6 hours a week I am a professional broadcaster on DubaiEye 103.8FM and this is a great way to put into practice the theory I teach in the classroom.
Well, this week I was listening to Kenny and Daisy on the competition, Radio2, and a great question was put forward! Thanks guys.
Kenny and Daisy were talking about Chinese students, who broke the rules at school, being put to work cleaning toilets.
So, on Nightline, if we need to use public humiliation as a form of punishment in school?
I asked this question because it seems, more than ever, we are giving detentions but no real meaningful punishment. Of course I am not advocating the strap or other physical punishments just a little humiliation.
Well, there was a reaction from the audience!
So, what do you think?
