This is the telephone handset from Le Meridien in Kuala Lumpur.
Simple, easy, to the point.
Dial ZERO for a solution!
Too much of what we are doing today is based on some fraught idea that complex means better!
What do we really need?
What do we really want?
Keep it short, and to the point!
The problem with this idea is that to implement it YOU need to use your own product and or service and use it as a customer NOT as the back room person.
Too little time today is spent employing management by walking around today and we are living the consequence of that!
