SCRABBLE!

Last night on NIGHTLINE I spoke to the world #5 scrabble champion!
I had no idea that scrabble was such a competitive game nor that there is a world championship.
The interview can be found on my podcast.
The take home of the night was the simple fact that you can be any age to play AND WIN as long as you can spell. Adults and children play each other age does not seem to offer a competitive advantage.
Give that scrabble teaches word use, patience, gamesmanship, and maybe humility I wonder why it is not part of school curriculum’s?
